STEWART JOINS LEGENDS

Stewart Joins the Legends

All round Motorcyclist Jason Stewart is the third solo legend to take part in the 70th Anniversary meeting of the Mildura Motorcycle Club on Sunday November the 5th at Olympic Park Speedway joining former International stars Mark Lemon and Travis McGowan.

The 20 plus year veteran started racing junior speedway at Olympic Park in the early 1990’s and is still quite active in the racing scene today helping his son Jordan.

Stewart was quite a handy speedway rider in his day placing in numerous Victorian state championships plus riding in a handful of Australian Speedway Championships. Long track was his love though coming in the top three of the Slider class on countless occasions and if luck was on his side he could of easily been Australian Longtrack Champion.

Stewart continues to help the club being a past junior president of the and a very active committee person helping running events.

As far as the term legend he may be not internationally recognised like Lemo and Moose but he’s certainly a Mildura legend and we look forward to seeing “Ballz” having a skid around Olympic Park.
